Pristina Municipal Court has begun ‘legal’ procedure against me.

The procedure identified as criminal case #P-1551/06, called for in Article #316 of the Criminal Code of Kosovo, but not identify the complainant. “Article 316-obstructing official persons in performing official duties.” Criminal Code of Kosovo.
by Vedat Xhymshiti, Tuesday, October 11, 2011 – Pristina, Kosovo.

Municipal Court in Pristina the capital of Kosovo has sent a call to my address, to be presented to the Court by November 26, 2011, where the Court will be confirming the indictment under section #316 of the Criminal Code of Kosovo.

Article #316- of the K. C. C. (Kosovo Criminal Code) means that the defendant is charged with the obstructing official persons in performing official duties.

What is it about more, I have no details yet, but I will check tomorrow on Wednesday, October 12, 2011.

I am quite sure, that this is a pretext, for the purpose of political pressures, to prevent my investigations on the assassination of 14-year-old child in Gjilan (eastern Kosovo) and reporting the truth about the recent developments in northern Kosovo. http://facebook.com/VedatXhymshiti
