Based on Serbia’s news agency, Tanjug, dailies report that Serbia’s Minister of Justice, Snezana Malovic, has refuted allegations that the arrest warrant for the current Minister of the Kosovo Security Force, Agim Çeku, has been suspended.

“It is not true. The arrest warrant continues to be in effect,” said Malovic. “Despite the fact that the investigations were very poor, with many mistakes, at that time, in front of Serbian Radio-Television cameras a serious crime in the zone where Agim Çeku was responsible took place,” she said for Danas, adding that arrest warrants are also in effect for other KLA leaders in senior political positions.
